Exercise Doesn't Have to be a Chore - Per Jeremy Pearson

When Jeremy Pearson was asked for a final thought, he said:
Find exercise, find any physical activity. It doesn't have to be strength training, it doesn't have to be cardio, just increase your physical activity by any means possible and ENJOY IT.
Don't do the things you don't like doing.
Find the things you like doing and stay consistent with them. Don't wait until Next New Years to do it. Do it now, and don't push it off.
Find the physical activity that you enjoy doing and STAY WITH IT.
